Q: How to deal with the products fail in period of guarantee
A:Firstly, all our products have to be 100% aged and QC test before delivery, so the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly,during the guarantee period,we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For the batches of defective products, we will repair them and resend to you. More over, we can discuss the satisfactory solution based on the specific conditions.
Q:How about the warranty?
A:We offer 2 years and 3 years warranty for different kinds of led products.
Q: How to order ?
A: If you need any led products, you can send us the email or inquiry, then we will answer you in time and send you PI with payment way, we are the factory not trade company, so we need to produce according to each order for you.
Q:Can I have sample(s) to test?
A:Yes,we accept sample order, we can ship some free sample for customer to test , but the buyer need to pay the shipping cost.
Q: Can you do OEM or make new design products?
A:OEM can be done, we can do as customer request with different size, layout, customer logos and labels, and we made many new design to Customers according to their ideas.
