Q: What is your MOQ of led strip and led chip?
A:The MOQ of LED Strip usually 10meters, and the MOQ of led chip usually 1reel SPQ. We also can send the free sample led chip for customer to test if they have them in stock.
Q: Do you have warranty for your products?
A: Yes, we have 2year and 3 year warranty for different kinds of led products.
Q:Can I have sample(s) to test?
A: Yes,we are pleased to supply samples to test and check quality,mixed sample order is available. free samples is also acceptable, but The freight is paid by the buyer.
Q: Can you do OEM or make new design products?
A: OEM can be done, we can do as customer request with different size, layout, customer logos and labels, and we made many new design to Customers according to their ideas.
